Information about data processing on PRETOREAN’s corporate website and in commercial enquiries.
Website version V3.1 · October 2026
Data controller and contact
PRETOREAN Argentina SRL, with a contact address at Pellegrini 684, San Nicolás de los Arroyos, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the data received through this form. You can email pretorean@pretorean.com with questions about how it is processed.
What information we request and why
We request your name, company, email address, type of enquiry and a description of your needs to respond, assess the requested service and follow up on that enquiry. Your phone number, country, technical details and attachments are optional. Do not use this form to send passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive data.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required for web submission. If you leave them blank or provide incorrect details, we may be unable to process or respond to your enquiry. You can also contact us by email or phone. Consent given through the form concerns the handling of your enquiry, not an advertising subscription.
How information is sent and who can access it
When you select “Send enquiry”, your data and attachments are transmitted to the website’s server for forwarding to PRETOREAN’s business email address. Access may be granted to the people responsible for handling the enquiry and to hosting and email technology providers, to the extent required for those services. This version does not include external advertising or analytics platforms.
The form does not create a public document repository or an enquiry database on the website. Attachments are processed temporarily for emailing; enquiries and attachments may remain in the corporate mailbox, the provider’s technical records and the corresponding backups. Acceptance by the server alone does not confirm that the email has been read or received in the mailbox.
Automatic copy of the enquiry
After the server accepts an enquiry for forwarding to PRETOREAN, it attempts to email a copy of the details and reference to the address entered in the form, in the selected language. The copy lists the documents but does not attach their files again. Check the address before submitting: an incorrect or third-party address could receive the message. This transactional email does not subscribe you to advertising. Security limits or email transport failures may prevent the copy from being sent without cancelling the internal enquiry.
Automatic-copy limits use an HMAC identifier derived from the email address and timestamps in private storage; the address and enquiry content are not stored there. Entries older than 24 hours are purged when new copy attempts are processed. The receiver’s technical log records the reference and whether the email transport accepted the copy; it does not certify delivery.
Cookies and security measures
The form uses a technical session cookie to validate submissions and help prevent unauthorized requests. It is not used for advertising or tracking across websites. Temporary submission-rate records use an identifier derived from the IP address; entries older than 24 hours are purged when new enquiries are processed. The hosting provider may retain technical access logs according to its own configuration.
This version does not load third-party fonts, photographs, maps, videos or tools. Email and phone links open the applications configured on your device. Links to external websites are governed by the practices of their respective operators.
Retention and exercising your rights
Information should only be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where relevant, meet applicable obligations or support the business relationship. Retention of emails and their backups is not managed automatically by this form.
You can request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your data by emailing pretorean@pretorean.com. Requests will be assessed under Argentina’s Law 25,326 and the applicable retention obligations; sufficient information may be required to verify the requester’s identity.
Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública) is the country’s personal data protection supervisory authority. Information about your rights and complaint channels is available on its official website.
Updates
This notice must be reviewed whenever the form’s operation, technology providers or purposes of processing change. The version date appears at the top of this page.
